You Have Everything You Need

You have everything you need to succeed. You have everything you need. You have everything you need to succeed. I have to tell you again because I realised. I realised something. This is all-encompassing. You have everything you need to succeed. Let me tell you why.
You have everything you need to succeed, but sometimes there is fear. I will explain. You do not want to think you're deficient. This is challenging. This is a threat to your survival. It doesn't work. It doesn't work for your system. You do not want to think you are deficient and incapable of success. This produces a fear. Success — acquisition of desires, fulfillment of wants and needs [are your wants your needs? arguably.], resolution of your pursuits, assurance of your pursuits, fulfillment of your pursuits. You do not want to think you are fundamentally incapable of success, deficient in reasoning for success. You do not ask for help. You do not accept. You do not welcome. You do not receive. You do not ask for help. You do not want to think you are deficient and in need of help, so you do not ask for help. If you ask for help, you need help to succeed, if they help you succeed, if it's help that you need, you did not begin with having what you need to succeed. You were deficient and they offered help, they helped you get what you need to succeed. You did not have what you need. This is not true. I'm describing your fear. This is not true. There is reason. This is not true. You ask for help because you have what you need to succeed.
To ask for help is to have what you need to succeed. I want you to play a game. I want you to begin. It's a game of survival. I will illustrate something to you and we will reason with your system. Find a device that runs Minecraft. It doesn't matter. Any one will do. If you can not find one, find someone who could. Find someone who will do what I describe in the following and watch the screen. I want you to open and choose 'Singleplayer'. Create a new world. Ignore configurations and go forward and make a new world. Do not move. Do not touch anything. I want you to look at the bottom of the screen and look in your inventory. The bar with boxes across the screen, this is your inventory. Tell me what you see. In a new world, this bar is empty. Upon your conception, you have nothing. You have everything you need to beat the game. Your inventory is empty, there is nothing in your possession, you've not moved, you've touched nothing. You have everything you need to beat the game. Because you are in a new world. Because you are in a world. Because of the world around you. It is so designed. You have everything you need to beat the game. You have everything you need to succeed. You have nothing and everything you need to succeed.
You are not accepting help because of a difficulty reasoning. I want to help you reason and this help, this receipt of help is proof of having everything you need to succeed. The fact you can interact with the world around you and take and receive means you have what you need. Remove the word help. You may have biases against it. I need [item]. [Item] will allow me to succeed. Perhaps I could succeed without it, but there is difficulty, there is estimation. With [item], I know absolutely I can succeed. I take myself, I move myself [mentally or physically] and I pursue [item]. I look for it, I find it, I accept it, I take it into my inventory, and I now have [item] and I succeed. It is I who finds this thing, this item, it is I who seeks it out, it is I who retrieves what I need. If I do not seek and it is offered to me, if someone finds me, it is I who must accept. Me. I must. I am responsible for the ultimate entry of what I need into my inventory. It is I who accepts [item] when I find it is what I need. If I ultimately accept, it is I with the ability to accept. I have the ability required to obtain what I need to succeed. If I need more than one item, I need [item_2] and [item_2] needs [item_1], it is I with the ability to accept [item_1] as I find it or it is offered and possession of [item_1] allows acquisition of [item_2] and this is what I need to succeed. It does not matter how many items there are. It does not matter I do not have any or most of them. I start with one, I accept, and I continue because I have what I need to succeed. I have the ability required to obtain what I need to obtain what I need to succeed. Replace [item_1] with help. Replace [item] with help.
An optimally reasoning system does not mean one that does not need help. Accepting help does not indicate deficiency. Not knowing everything you need does not indicate deficiency. Requiring assistance does not indicate deficiency. It does not matter how much assistance you require, how much support you need, how many times you search for help. Accepting help does not indicate deficiency. This fear is a reasoning difficulty. And that's okay. You may need help with reasoning in one domain or another. And this does not indicate deficiency. There is no threat to your sense of self.
These fears are often the result of trained behaviours, trained beliefs. There is disjointed reasoning in these beliefs. You may have been made to feel deficient when needing help, you may have been punished for needing help. The fact this fear exists, in itself, is also not an indicator of deficiency. None of it is. It is a consequence of a series of actions, a series of behaviours. It is a natural consequence. Now that the consequences exist, help, however "minor" or "major", may be required to move forward. This is okay.
You refuse advice because you want to believe you have everything you need to succeed [even if you fear you don't]. You refuse help because you want to believe you have everything you need to succeed. You refuse guidance because you want to believe you are not deficient, not fundamentally lacking tools for survival, and you have everything you need to succeed. Your acceptance of help is an exercise of your full ability, your full capacity, in your existence. It is an expression of reasoning ability to reason and configure all the tools in front of you, everything available to you, to get what you need. To accept is to have the ability to accept, the ability to have what you need to succeed. So, you have what you need. There is nothing "wrong". You can start with nothing. You can start with needing. You can start with needing things. With needing help. And you build. Start with nothing, start with [item_1], and you build. You have to build. This is fluid reasoning. You have what you need to succeed.
Accept help.
