A worksheet for exercise and application.

Complete only once, once a day, or every day if you wish. Respond with whatever comes to mind without bounds. Answer with only one desire each day ie. one thing you want to have, one thing you want to do, one thing you want to be, etc.

This worksheet was designed with those who have trouble identifying their wants at the front of mind. If this is not you and several desires come forward for any one question, begin keeping a journal. You do not have to elaborate. In fact, I recommend at least one journal in which you do not. Simply list everything you have in mind.
