Power

To give power is a choice. It requires agency. If they act without a sense of agency, they are relinquishing choice. There is no power to give.

They always have power. And they must know this. This is critical. This is important.

If someone offers you power when they habitually act without a sense of power to give, they are bleeding in front of you. Do not help them cut themselves open.

You cannot give up control if you are never in control.

This makes the difference between conditioning and development.
