On Matzah, an Evening snack
And again, it begins with feta. I decided to make a little snack. Dinner was also quite good, perhaps I'll share on that another time.
Started by preparing some lime juice and cracked black pepper.
I then doled out the feta. A few tablespoons, and I will later realise, perhaps a few too many. That's okay.
I made a spread of the feta, gradually adding in the lime juice and bits of water.
Then it was just a matter of building on matzah.
Seasoned with blended, crushed red peppers, the black pepper previously cracked, and a few sprigs of rosemary.
