Lentils
I've just wanted lentils and I've also wanted a pea or bean spread, so here we are.

Base: 1/2 cup lentils cooked, seasoned with garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Process: blend with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil (substituted with avocado).
Garnish & Serve: paprika, spring onions, oil.
Flatbread followed so I'd have something to eat it with.
