Chain an even multiple of 4 (eg. 80). Without twisting, sl st into the first chain to join.

Including the first stitch, dc into each stitch (80 dc). Sl st to join the round.

Without turning, ch 3. Make dc in first 9 st. Inc dc in next st. Make dc in next 10 st. Inc by 2 in next st. Make dc in next 10 st. Inc dc in next st. Make dc in next 17 st. Inc dc in next st. Make dc in next 10 st. Inc by 2 in next st. Make dc in next 10 st. Inc dc in next st. Make dc in next 8 st (88 dc).  Sl st to join the round.

Make 7 more rounds, increasing by 8 each round. Increase by 1 (2 dc in a stitch) at the four corners of the rectangle (in the outermost stitch of the below inc) and increase by 2 (3 dc in a stitch) at each shoulder (in the middle of the below inc).

Make 5 rounds, increasing by 4 each round only at the four corners and not at the shoulders.

Make 6 rounds without increasing at all.
